Two Jews walk into a theatre… is designed to be performed in intimate venues ideally for 100-250 audience capacity.
Most of the show is performed as a dialogue Front Cloth Act in front of a curtain. Stage depth in front of the curtain needs to be a minimum of 2 meters and at least 3 meters wide. The short dance sequence which concludes the performance is performed upstage of the opened curtain and requires a minimum space of 5x5m. To reveal the dance performance, the curtain needs to either fly up or open to the sides.
Sound & Lighting: The production requires in-house sound system for music playback and a minimum lamp list of 8 fresnels & 6 profiles. Lighting plan will be sent on request.
The production also requires 2 chairs from the venue’s foyer.
Freight: We have no freight and will tour costumes and 2x IEM’s and transmitter as checked baggage.
Bump-in (load-in): We can bump in morning of the opening performance however would prefer a lighting pre-rig the day before if possible.
Operating crew: Depending on our crew we require either a single FOH sound and lighting operator or a single onstage stage-manager.
